Simone joined The Physiotherapy Rooms in 2021, bringing Pilates to our services. She offers a range of options, including one-on-one sessions, small group classes (for friends or sport-specific groups), and general and pre/post-natal group classes at varying difficulty levels.

A Pilates/Barre instructor and dance choreographer, Simone’s journey with Pilates began at age sixteen during her professional dance training under Conchita del Campo. This experience taught her the importance of movement patterns for maintaining health and well-being.   She loves working at The Physiotherapy Rooms because of the shared passion for promoting overall wellness.

Having faced injuries throughout her performance career, Simone understands the essential mind-body connection.  She encourages everyone in her classes to connect with their bodies, aiming for collective growth and healing.  Her goal is to help people understand their bodies better, become pain-free, and thrive. She particularly enjoys working with pre and post-natal clients on their journeys.

Hobbies and Interests:

Outside of work, Simone loves exploring beaches and forests with her children, friends, and family, as being outdoors brings her joy.  She is also a bookworm and a film enthusiast who enjoys trips to the cinema.

Simone’s dream of becoming a dancer has come true, and now her purpose is to help others heal and stay strong so they can live life to the fullest.  She may not have any hidden talents, but she has worked with Father Christmas in Lapland, danced for ACDC, and been sworn into the Magic Circle!
