A minimum of 48 business hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes and are subject to a cancellation fee. Business hours exclude weekends, bank holidays, and any periods during which the clinic is closed.

Cancellations within 24 hours:

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full rate. This fee must be paid before we can schedule another appointment for you.

Cancellations before 48 hours:

Can be rescheduled without payment or penalty
